Paid for marketing and technical help to start my own online business, after making an initial down payment and monthly payment, a combined 3500 dollars, I was not reviving help, I emailed numerous people including my coaches and support team, no reply, for over a month , it wasn't till I took a shot in the dark and emails the owner then I finally got a reply, but that time I was mad and was over the situation, I explained what happened and wanted a refund and they declined. Resolution Sought I would like a refund.
