This HOA company has held up my closing for almost a month 2 days before my closing they went to my property and cited 8 violations that were already there when i bought the property. No problem i had them resolved within the same week. Here I have 3 weeks later with no certificate of approval. I've been getting such a run around from them and it's honestly the worst experience ever. Even the people in the office are rude and unwilling to help. Resolution Sought I would love if the business could get them to issue my certificate of approval so i can sell my house and get out of there
