The Grubhub driver never delivered my order. Grubhub refused to refund me because I complaint of missed orders or orders never received. These complaints are legitimate. More than 90 of the time, I received my order and I tip before and after I received my order. I want an apology from the company and a refund. I am an honest person. I got a $50 Grubhub gift card that's why I couldn't dispute with my bank. I know there are dishonest customers out here but I am not one of them. I always tip the drivers every time. I can't control what the drivers do because there are a lot of dishonest drivers and bad customers too but I am not that. The driver never took a picture where he or she dropped off order. I see a red background only. I called the driver and left several text messages but no response. Grubhub claimed they call the driver and driver never picked up but yet they are allowing drivers like these to continue to work and get away with it. Please help. Resolution Sought A refund and an apology.

Unable to work .. To do the fact , They don't allow you to get on app to work..And the schedule hours ,you apply for ,they take away. Resolution Sought Allow me to work.. It's almost impossible to get on to work.
