Every time I order food they never bring it the driver will ignore calls or text messages until yo delivery time is out to eat the food it's not fair I'm at work and can't go any where inside or out to buy food so this is the only option I have if I'm running behind before work. After calling the driver and texting multiple times the driver didn't return my call until 7:27 and my food was spose to arrive at7:04

I would like someone to look into the situations with the individuals running the process.

Grubhub is very unprofessional and the people they hire are even more unprofessional and rude. So many times I've waited over 2-3 hours for my food, the delivery driver is always rude and unprofessional. Why have a business to accommodate individuals who have to order food from different places if as a whole the entire Grubhub presents itself as unprofessional. It is not at all fair for them to not care and make mistakes and the consumer has to pay the price.
