I made a order with this company and after waiting an unreasonable amount of time, they assured me it was delivered. I have security cameras that. Proved that it was not and I have checked with neighbors and no one received it. I live in a secure neighborhood. So I contacted the company and they said that they reissued the product and said once again that it was delivered which it was not now. I wanted a refund, but the card has been compromised through fraud and can't be refunded. So I asked for another delivery of my order to my place of business where I would have to Sign for it. They will not even acknowledge that request and said there is no other way to issue a refund if that card was compromised. Resolution Sought My desire is not to have a refund at all. It's to have the actual order delivered to me. Thank you. They keep repeating the same answer to my emails, which I have kept every email. And they say the refund is in process it can't be.
