I purchased a home on 9/24/2021 , The deal had fallen through day before they were supposed to close. There was a 10 year roof warranty transfer , however it was never validated due to the home purchase fell through. I contacted the company stating I have a leak on 1/3/2022 . I was told the warranty transfer was never paid. I was willing to pay the transfer fee . I called on 1/17/2022 and 1/19/2022 waiting to hear from Conner the supervisor. He will not get on the phone and instructed an employee to state he will not honor the transfer warranty. This roof repair was done 01/2019. I was also told that the company does not have to honor warranty transfers. Resolution Sought I would like to pay the $100.00 warranty transfer fee and have my roof inspected and fixed from the company that installed it.

We received a request from Ms. Deninno on January 3, 2022 requesting we transfer the 10 year roof warranty from the previous homeowner, Sherry Dover. Our warranty conditions state that "the warranty must be transferred within 60 days of ownership change". Ms. Deninno states in her letter that she took possession of the property on September 20, 2021 and therefore had until November 20, 2021 to contact us to transfer the warranty. She is out of the warranty transfer period and waited until she had an issue with the roof work to contact us. We informed Ms. Deninno that we would not be transferring the warranty over to her. We stand by the terms of our warranty paperwork.
