Return item on 02/08/2024 for a replacement following all the vendors instructions today is 04/03/2024 no item and vendor refused to return or refund the item. Resolution Sought Refund my money.

This company started out very helpful, I mean very and then they started not answering me when I had problems. Just viewing it today I messaged them this morning and told them if they didn't answer I would file a complaint and they simply still did not answer. Many other people have had complaints with this company too, they will not help me with my problems with my trail cameras any more. Resolution Sought All that I ask from you all is that you can get them either refund my money or start helping me again.
