I signed up on December 1, 2020 with Jerry. He contracted Covid -19 and another gentleman contacted me. He faded out in January 2021. I then was contacted by Stephanie Holland; she said she was one of the owners. I've had tremendous difficulty communicating with the constituent of this company; I was admonished many times by Ms. Holland for calling the wrong number. I'm now facing garnishment from the IRS due to lack of representation. I tried for several weeks to fax the requested document to the company, but their fa was down. I was promised a call when it was up again. No call . I then packaged all the documents in an envelope prepared with a return label and stamps. I tried for two weeks to call several of the given numbers but was unable to get past the answering services. I'm in big trouble now with IRS NOW. Hence, my reason for requesting a refund. Resolution Sought Obtain a refund from this company for failure to perform the stated service.

This client signed up for our services and has been very difficult to get documents. Part of our contract is that client needs to provide financial information. We prepared all her tax returns and sent them to her. We have consistently given her our phone number and she calls our merchant instead. The operations director gave her work cell phone number and when we spoke to this client this morning, she has not been calling that number, she was calling a number not associated with us at all. We have spoken with this client and sent her financial questionnaires to her email. At least one a month since December. We have explained over and over again that she needs to provide financial information. In February, client informed us she was in the hospital with Covid. We completed and sent her the tax extension and tax returns we prepared. Her 2020 is still on extension and due this week. Client stated that she was disappointed with the service, however, she has yet to provide her financials so we can complete the case. She said she has been trying to call us (wrong number) for two weeks to ask what our address was. Our address is at the bottom of every email we send. She never once tried to email us in return to ask us what our address was to send the documents. As of this morning, client was given the address and correct phone numbers to call (even though this information has been provided numerous times). She will work on getting financial documents to us so we can close out her case.
