Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. I booked this hotel in 20 August 2023 for one night so my check out in 21 August 2023. I came very early in the morning around like 4 AM and they ask the guy who works in the front desk if I can do early check-in and he'll start looking at his computer after five minutes he said OK yes you can. And he charge me for $159 plus $10 tip. I get my receipts in my email. That's my check in is on 21 August after five hour of sleeping in the room I get a surprise with someone knock the door really hard so I open the door and I found a man he say I am the owner of the hotel. You have to check out at 11 you can stay here. You can do check out early check out and they said to him your friend he's already give me the key and give me everything and they had the receipt that I said my check out is 21 I just do early chicken and he said you have to get out now or you'll have to give me an extra $100 so I decide to check out right away because I don't feel safe at that time because I feel someone cheat me Resolution Sought I want them to give me my refund $159
