I had ordered blankets from this company for my guinea pigs and they were smaller than I expected them to be as advertised so I sent them back for my money after paying $33 for shipping they could not find my order I've sent them several emails with the tracking number the hopefully get my money back. My account was hacked that I purchased it from so I would have said vice the shut it down so basically this company is refusing to help me get my money back they told me that they do not open until 8 in the morning although it is 11:00. Resolution Sought I would like my money completely refunded and an apology for dragging it out for 2 weeks would be really nice.
