This location needs better training in customer service.

I want you to be aware of an issue with your store in Redmond WA. I purchased a new guitar, and the agreement was for them to install new strings if I purchased the guitar; I would pay for the stings. At the end of the sale, the salesperson just did not seem to be interested in having the new strings installed and told it would take a while, hoping I would just leave; I left. When I got home, I noted the high E string was buzzy on the open note, to point it was unusable. All I wanted you to know, if they had put the new strings on, as agreed, the Tech would have noticed the problem and fixed it. I am pretty pissed-off at Guitar Center right now.; very poor customer service.
