Poor customer service at your Redmond Washington store.
I am not asking for anything; I just wanted you to be aware of the poor customer service at your Redmond Washington store. On Friday 9/2/2022 I purchased a new Les Paul Guitar and some additional equipment. The salesperson talked me into an upgrade which was roughly $1000 more than the original guitar I had selected. My one request was to have new strings put on as an agreement to purchasing the new guitar; he agreed. We were finishing up the purchase and I asked if new strings would be installed. He obviously was not interested in honoring his initial agreement and told me it would take a while and they just did not have time to do it. I did not argue with him and left. When I got home, I noticed the high E string was not aligned properly and was buzzy on the frets to a point it was unusable trying to play an open E. If the strings were replaced, as agreed, the guitar Tech would have noticed this and corrected the issue. Now I have to take the instrument to a guitar shop and have it fixed. I just want to say I am pretty pissed off at the guitar center after spending almost $3000. Not sure if anything will come of this, but I would suggest re-educating your employees about good customer service.

canceled my order said the pedal had been sold
I placed a order on a used looper pedal order#gcw2755677464 I did not hear anything so almost a week I emailed inquiring about it then I get a email canceling the order said did not have only when I leave a bad review do I hear from Brandon the manager at Tulsa Ok store then I started looking for another looper pedal and there it is at Tulsa Ok store in stock why did he lie about not having it he also told me I can file a complaint to customer service it would not matter because the complaint would come to him so I doubt this will do any good this is second time I have been screwed by Guitar Center but it will be my last I will try Sweetwater or American musical
