I ordered 18' aluminum gates on 1/18/22 and to which my credit card was billed. Was to ship on 4/27/22 and never received .Started calling Chris at golf coast on 5/09/22 and will not return calls, email's, now blocked as all calls go to voicemail. The shipper tforce freight called and never received freight or lost. Cannot file claim with them as I was never given invoice or receipt or tracking info. Label was created but never left facility. This is fraud. I really tried to work through this but they will not respond or answer. The only proof I have is my credit card statement saying I paid full amount which I can supply to you . Resolution Sought Refund full amount of $2,270.91.

This item was most certainly shipped with ups freight and mr Stephen knows it , as he was provided with the tracking info and even stated he had been speaking with ups freight. I completely understand that the freight was lost by Ups , but don’t make a complaint saying things like FRAUD and all these type things. His payment in FULL has been put back on his card , and he has known that! The tracking info for upsfreight.com / tforce freight is 395684586

I am waiting to hear from visa regarding closer of this case .Upon full refund this case will be resolved. After not hearing back from golf coast and blocking me from getting any info like tracking# or invoice info redflags arose. Costumer service goes along way. If I hear from visa I'll update this page.
