This company uses a horrible deposit paying system. If you enter one digit off they automatically charge you 40 dollars. They won't call or email you to let you know the payment was rejected either. They will wait until after it becomes late and will only send you a piece of mail as notification. The deposit was due less than 2 weeks after I moved in. I still didn't have access to the mail receptacle where I moved to. I looked into this and I was not the only one running into these issues. This company does this stuff to everyone. The reviews on Google and other places are no joke. This company uses some seriously dirty business practices. Resolution Sought Return the 40 dollar fee and 5 dollar late fee. Stop being a dirty business. Treat your customer with some damn dignity.

I called FPL to make them aware that I was working with the organization to help me pay my past due bill and they gave me an extension but the organization was not able to pay on the day that they said they could and I only needed three more days and I asked for another extension and now they won't give it to me.. they claim that the last thing that they want to do is disconnect I have a child at home and it's over 100° outside everyday I just needed them to work with me and they wouldn't do it . Resolution Sought My desired outcome would be for them to give me until the 25th to be able to get this paid because the organization that I'm working with to help me gets their funding on the 24th.
