I purchased and financed a Vehicle from Gurnee Volkswagen on 12/29/2023. I signed a Wisconsin Title for the Vehicle at closing. I signed additional paperwork and sent back the paperwork via U.S. mail in prepaid envelope on January 22nd 2024. The paperwork sent back was An Application for A Michigan Vehicle's Title and A Copy of the Vehicle's Insurance Card. There also was A Power of Attorney Form but I didn't feel comfortable signing due to offering to come back in the Dealership in Person to sign anything else relevant to the vehicle's purchase that may have been missed during the closing of the sale. It has been over 90 Days and I haven't received anything from the Dealership. I need the Title and Registration for the Vehicle in order to drive my newly purchased vehicle legally in the State of Michigan. Gurnee Volkswagen/Rohrman Automotive refuses to relinquish my Vehicle's Title and Registration to me. The VIN number is ***********H744 A Wisconsin State Title. Resolution Sought I need the Dealership Gurnee Volkswagen/Rohrman Automotive To Relinquish my proper Vehicle's Title and Registration in the State of Michigan in order for me to drive my newly purchased vehicle legally.
