Back in 2005 I went to court for a a debt they seem to think I owe, which was Providian credit card out of I believe CA. This card was a card that you load up with funds that comes out of my monies also was getting charged a yearly fee which was over a $100. I believe this company was a scam or ponsy type thing scam. This Providian is now defect cause of credit card fraud on customers. You can read for urself about this company on Wikipedia & such. They sued me put a judgement of I believe around 2,000. Original over the course of 20 something years it's ballooned to what the seem to think os 19,853.74. Which to me is a crime in of itself & fraud with the collection agencies of there years both palisades collection & gurstel law firm. Anyway recently the attached my saving acct which ones now frozen & I'm on soc sec disability. & live on a megger amount. I can't afford to pay monies back that I have never owed. I have a service dog that needs to go to vet to see if he's got diabetes like myself. I'm going to court on 6/ 37 to try and have it quashed. But thing is I want this gone period from my life. There aggressive & tactics are deceptive & criminal how I feel. I'm told only way to get go e is file bankruptcy which is around d 1,300. That isn't a option for 1 lousy scam debt that I've never owed.. is there any ki d of help I can get. I've tried to talk to lawyer from a firm & they say nothing can be done I don't believe that. Resolution Sought I would like this scam debt gone from my life & the judgement gone.
