I have received a notification from Gusto last January 17, their process is, once I recived an email from them, count 5-10 days (earliest on 5th day) to recieve my hard earned payment. However as of today, I have not recieved the Dec 29-Jan 16. Gusto customer service told me I should recieve until 31st (which is past the window time of 5 - 10 days) I think their system is taking longer than usual. It used to be 1-3 banking days then they change to 5-10 days - but still they are delayed. Just informing you that I am experiencing this delayed and inconsistent payments schedule with Gusto recently.. and i saw some bad reviews as well that is experiencing same issues as mine. Complaining in customer service is inconvenient as well they cannot answer my questions, no clear solutions and they have same response over and over again.. then even if the ticket is not yet resolved they are closing it after just one reply. Hope you can help me with this. Thank you. Resolution Sought Recieve my salary asap. and their future remittances must be on timely manner

I set up a phone call to close my account, once I was contacted at the scheduled time and stated my reasons the associates answer was simply "no problem I am happy to help...". For the past two months now I've continued to be billed for their services. I called today and found no help in resolving, just the statement that they have no record of this. The manager declined to speak with me and handled this issue through the associate. They refused a refund and said my account status is still active so there will be no return of funds. Exceptionally poor customer relations and record keeping. Resolution Sought Refund of two months.
