Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. On 6/10/2022 and approximately 2:43 p.m. I purchased a eBay gift card for the amount of $20 from the gyft app the payment went through and I was told I would have my eBay gift card sent to my email address within an hour today is 6/11/2022 and I still haven't received my eBay gift card through my email address from gyft app I called their customer care service number which is 1888-9999-1114 when I called they stated that day wasn't customer care but a middle person between the seller and buyer and couldn't give me any additional information on the status of the eBay gift card I purchased from gyft I looked them up online and seen other consumers have the same problem and situation that I'm experiencing. Resolution Sought I either want my money refunded back to my debit card or the eBay gift card sent to me
