I filed my taxes through H&R Block in Pendleton Oregon with Maureen on February 20th 2026. my account states my taxes were accepted on February 27th 2026 the irs has delayed it with no explanation I have gone in to see if I could get some information from her as to how to fix this issue or why there is an issue and she was rude short and unwilling to help me with this issue I have contacted her a few more times with the same results and it is now August six months after I hired them to file my taxes she has left the office for the year and have been speaking to a fill in agent Lisa who has no answers on the subject and is unwilling to help me also with my issue I have hired them for there services and once the issue appeared I have been completely ignored or they were unwilling to look into my case to figure out what the issue is so something can be done I am at a loss I don't know what to do or who to contact I paid them to file my taxes and have been dodged until she left the office and now I am without help and I can't even go file with someone else because I already filed with them and they are unwilling to help find a solution to my issue. I have spent countless hours just trying to get a little help from the business that I hired to do a service and have got nothing but frustration in return. Resolution Sought Help me to resolve the issue with my taxes and issue me a refund for the filing fee because I have received no help sense hire this company

A thorough review of the client's tax return has been completed, and no errors were identified. We assure you that we take the concerns of our clients seriously and make every effort to resolve matters thoroughly and fairly.

I filed my taxes with H&R Block, I have been asking them for a copy of my taxes, and they keep denying my request. I have no way to get to the office, but I need a copy Resolution Sought to send me a copy of my taxes

In-Person Request: The client may visit any H&R Block office, where their identity can be verified, and a copy of the return can be provided.
