Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

First they couldn't tell us how much it would cost us for them to do our taxes which ended up being 4x more than any other company we've used. Had we known we would not have used them. Then to top it off it's been a month and a half and it hasn't even been approved by the IRS yet, much less have we gotten our refund yet. When I called the IRS they said it's in Errors resolution. H&R Block messed something up which has further delayed our refund. Resolution Sought Pay us what the tax refund was supposed to be and refund our payment to them for their so called worthless service. Not getting our refund when we were supposed to has caused major issues with paying our bills, and Putting food on the table. We NEVER had this problem with Any other company other than H&R Block.

Dear Business Consumer Alliance, In reply to Ms. Gonterman's complaint, we extend our sincere apologies for the inconvenience she is experiencing. Once the IRS has received and accepted the return, we no longer have control over the timing of the client's refund. It appears that, for unknown reasons, the processing of this particular return is taking longer than usual. Sadly, we are unable to provide refunds to clients for such delays. I do not accept this. You obviously caused an issue which has caused major delays and you need to pay what the amount I was supposed to have had by now from the IRS

My wife and I had our taxes filed by H and R Block. They filed our taxes with my wife's ex-husbands name and lied to us that they did not , then that they fixed it. They have a money back guarantee so we requested our fee to be returned. I was given a case number and cannot reach anyone that can tell me anything about it Resolution Sought Receive my fee paid to them according to their money back guarantee.

We have researched this and have asked for a document to prove his wife changed her name on her SS Card. When the return was submitted and paid for, the client stated he was satisfied with our services and everything was correct. At this moment, we regret to inform you that a refund will be declined.
