I wish clients never have my experience, to have to borrow money to pay rent, to have to wait until who knows when for my full refund

at least half of my dispute, would greatly appreciate, I am waiting for 16 weeks for my refund, due to office failed to wait and process my t1098 in march 2026, it was file on 02/03/2026, making IRS hold back to my full refund until late june 2026. It creates a hardship on my end , for my needs as a single parent.

To have H&R management represent the staff, or have better quality people who can be here on time. This is unacceptable

They've have been contacting me all month about an appointment to do my taxes. I set an appointment for 9:00AM. Not only is the lady not her to do my taxes she won't be here for at least another hour. Defeats the purpose of setting up a time if the business can't adhere to it. They won't even let me use their printer to print out my W2. They said they don't have a printer and I'm CLEARLY looking @ the printer as I type!
