I purchased a 2015 Jeep from Haasz in October I had it one day and the engine overheated and was bad because they did something mechanics did something wrong there when they bled the coolant so they put a new engine in. So they gave me a loaner and kept dragging their feet with it until a month and a half later I hit a deer in the loaner and their insurance had to and cover it, so suddenly my Jeep is magically done that same day. So they send me off in it and the next day it overheated again so they had to take it back.. and gave me another loaner. And I've had that one for a month waiting on them to get done with mine. Well a storm blue branch that broke the mirror on this current loaner. When I bring it in to show them they tell me I don't get another loaner that they're sending me out of here with no running vehicle even though the vehicle that I purchased and paid for insurance on and have been paying payments on for 3 months now has been sitting in their shop I've had it a total of five days. I told them I can't be without his running vehicle I have to be able to work and support my son they said that there's nothing they can do until my Jeep is done because I've already damaged two of their loners I said if it had been my own vehicle my insurance would have covered it and I also said it if they hadn't sold me a Jeep with a bad engine then we wouldn't have this problem. I'm waiting on my boss to pick me up from house now I have the car seat and everything with me and Idk Resolution Sought Give me my Jeep running or give me another loaner to drive until then.

Brandon was given two loaner vehicles while we were replacing his engine. He wrecked both of them in a short period of time and was at fault for both. This became to large of a liability to put him in any more of our vehicles. He was given his vehicle back fixed 01/19/2024.
