I used this shipping company HACO international to send out 3 barrels of personal house hold good to Jamaica West Indies from April 3 2023. And it's now jul11.2023 and I still have not received my good and it was supposed to be delivered door to door service for $1,119.90cent I paid for the shipping and every time I call to speak to them it always a excuse and sad story about the container didn't reached or it wasn't clear and the bottom line is the company hasn't been paying their waft fee and the duty and fees to Jamaica so they holding on the the company containing and in return the customer cannot receive our good it very frustrating be nobody answering the phone or give no update to what going on the phone number on the receipt are 646 806-2623. 929.334-7020. 929-667-4318 but when you call no answer and nobody returns your call and the good still hasn't cleared Custom Resolution Sought My out is for this company to give me my property and compensate me for my delayed and anything that's damage or destroy in the container of 3 barrels and deliver them to my house.
