Ivy’s hands are blessed! I ordered a custom made wig unit and it was well done.

Ivy is a very talented hairstylist. I ordered a custom made wig unit and it was done to perfection. However, in the beginning we had a misunderstanding but at the end I was satisfied with the wig unit and we were able to talk like two adults about the mishap that occurred.

In this business world you will always have differences with customers etc. But I’m extremely proud of the way Ivy dealt with the situation we had. In addition,after I picked up the unit she called and follow up - ensuring that I was happy with the wig unit. Thank you Ivy for your expertise and thank you for dealing with the situation at hand in a amicably way.
