If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I am continuing my complaint. The first thing i was told by hairdresser was i had to wash my hair everyday.,i said i will not do that my hair is dry and I've finally gotten what hair i have healthy. She then said 3 times a week is ok. I learned i could've gotten a refund in 3 days. The manager came in when i was at my first git and the other head stylist tried to tell me i must wash everyday. The manger said, well we aren't giving you a refund., so all along i thot i was stuck in this. Was never told the 3 day thing. Never got my first hair til way later. Was never told there was a year trial period before i have to sign a monthly plan for about 475 a month.!!!! I would not have signed up if i had known! I have and I'm not satisfied with what they've done. They could not find my right texture or color and their solution was to order shorter hair cut my hair and dye my hair. They would only dye it free once then id be charged! Not acceptable i said no! Because they cannot find the right color-or texture to match mine and wont give me the "best" bc i didn't choose the right plan. For more money! I was treated-rudely by the stylist i had, she said we've tried everything and cant do anything but that for you( cut/ dye) i left in tears. Manager convinced to try with another stylist. It was better and better cut but still not close to rite color. Resolution Sought Refund 4280.00

Bought 2 hair systems for 2200.00 . Only sent one. I moved to Las Vegas and wanted all info sent to location in Vegas. Hair club in Vegas is having trouble getting my info. Elk Grove won't release info . Haven't received 2nd system. They have my money and 2nd system. They told me to have Vegas location call them to get all my info but Elk Grove won't release info. I need 2nd system sent out or need my money back . System I have is falling apart . Need my new system. Resolution Sought Return my money or have 2nd system sent immediately to Vegas location . First system that I got in march is already ruined . Need 2nd system
