In October I placed an order with this company. # 132207. Regrowth edge control 17.00, Hair regrowth serum bundle x3 bottle s 45.09. With discount, shipping & taxes totaled 38.03. I've yet to receive items. I've sent over six emails. I've received two responses. Each time I'm told items have shipped. USPS said they've never received it. They won't refund my money because they keep telling me it's shipped out already. This has been going on since October. Sincerely, Resolution Sought Send items, or refund my money.

Placed an order with company. Asked for a refund. Item has not been received. Company sends tracking numbers, refuses refund. Resolution Sought Refund my money.
