Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. March 2022: Sought to have a hair piece applied based on my natural afro texted hair. The installation was not a match with color nor texture. Despite this, the Hair Stylist claimed to be knowledgeable of Afro textured hair care, but to my dismay, the results were unsatisfactory. To date, Hair Club has not delivered an appropriate hair piece that matches. In April 2023, per The Hair Club; "the factory cannot fulfill the order, as they only have blended and synthetic hair, and H/C is having a hard time matching the hair". After a years time, H/C has been unable to deliver and resolve this matter. I am tired of waiting and no longer wish to do business with Hair Club and I want my total $2,000 refunded to me. Thank you Resolution Sought I want $2,000.00 refunded to me.
