THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER - DON'T ORDER UNLESS YOU CAN WAIT UNTIL THEY FEEL LIKE SENDING YOUR ORDER - CHK BBB.ORG

I WOULD NEVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, DID I SAY EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. It took them over 3 weeks to even bother to respond, after I sent 5 emails and left approximately the same number of voicemails. Then when they called me the owner said they don't work on Sat, Sun & Monday. I asked her what happened to Tuesday through Friday. She was less than apologetic and offered me many excuses as to why they still had not shipped my products. She never even said the words I apologize. I told her that I had also check the Better Business Bureau about her company and there was the exact same complaint on BBB. She said she was unaware of that complaint. The only difference was it took that woman 2 months to get her order it only took me 4-5 weeks. I guess I was lucky!!! I told her I'd never use her company again so then she told me she would refund my money and cancel my order. Needless to say that didn't happen. I would've preferred my money back than her pathetic excuses. I think this company is an horrible example of black owned businesses and I think they are the type of company that makes it worse for other minority owned companies. This company gives the entire African American community a bad name and reenforces that fact that people of other races think we cannot be professional!!!!!!! I will cut my hair off & go bald before I'd ever purchase products from them again!
