I have a reason to believe that place is racist and they have denied service to me and my friend

I have a reason to believe that place is racist and they have denied service to me and my friend because of our color and race ( im hispanic and he's black) We went to eat there one day and there was some white people (regulars) there giving us ugly looks. The bartender was rude and told me "do you expect me to walk all over the place for you" after I asked her to bring me change for $5 (so I can tip her) after she brought me my ticket and refill. Worst service I've ever had. My Friend went in there yesterday by himself and they denied him service because he's black. We've been there numerous of times and this is the worst its ever been. We have done nothing to deserve this but bring business to their establishment (which we will never do again) We deserves Justice. Me and my friend for being Hispanic and black in America.
