UPDATED 11/16/21: This company initially responded to me after you contacted me and said they would repair all damages. Nothing was ever repaired except a mirror. I have sent them photos of all damages and also copies of contact information for the dial on my washing machine which they broke off. Since they are choosing to ignore my well documented with photos damages I am requesting they compensate me monetarily for the damages their movers caused. I will then find vendors in my area to fix damages. Please re contact them to negotiate a settlement. As above compensate me financially for damages since they are unwilling to assist with finding vendors in my area to fix my damaged property. I believe amount should be $2000.00-$1500.00. Thank you for your attention to this matter. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 6 movers packed up my house on October 6th -7th. They damaged furniture, craftsman art, mirrors and door frame. Threw un-labeled boxes into my garage. Still can mot find things. Most importantly the packers stole Visa and Master card statements out of my files. Also, stole bank statements from two of my Chase accounts. Owner of this business will not respond to my request for damage compensation. Can you contact them? Resolution Sought Contact me and work out coverage for damages to my possession. Fire employees who stole financial info from files. Better background checks for potential hires. Advise owner that I'm filing a police report and also a review on Yelp.

Comepany states; Ms. Woods complaint is ridiculous we have sent two contractors over to her house that she has sent away because she does not like them or one of them talked funny and she called him retarded. I have tried numerous times to get through to the manufacturer of her washing machine to order a new knob for her dryer but each time I call it it says they are experiencing high volumes of calls and I have to leave a voicemail and I have not heard back from anybody. Her damages are nowhere near $2000 for a broken dryer knob and a few scuffs on a fake leather dining chair and a small scratch on an end table that could be stained with a stain pen.

I have contacted Jared one of the owners several times and there is always a multitude of excuses as to why nothing has been done. At this point I would just like monetary compensation in the amount of $1000-1500.00 and I will find people to fix the damage myself. Please help negotiate this. Thanks. To date nothing has been fixed or repaired except a large mirror.
