I went in to purchase a fireplace insert in logs. then I had death in the family. So, 2 days later I requested my refund back to my card. They refused and said. A check would be mailed within 30 days after calling 4 times trying to get my refund. It has been 5 weeks no refund. Said it wasn't their responsibility for the mail carrier. Very rude. I would not use this company. Resolution Sought Refund. My money

Company states: We mailed Mrs. Clubb's check on 2/21/22. She did not receive check so it was voided and reissued on 3/7/22. She was called and her check was picked up at our office. We are sorry for the delay but we cannot help the USPS lost her original check.
