Halladay Nissan complaints

The Finance manager, Robert Salazar, flat out, lies to people and costs, people money when it's not necessary to lie to them. He also sold my car to another couple before the papers were signed for holiday to own my trade-in. Robert Salazar then decided to hassle me about getting the signature from the main owner because he had already sold the car without a signature after telling me. Oh don't worry about it everything will be OK. I'll get the signature. He then proceeded to lie to me about the warranty on the car. I purchased telling me everything will be covered and to take my car to a Mercedes dealership in Colorado. Then I found out that it's not covered. I almost spent a lot of money and time off of work to take my car somewhere where he wasn't gonna cover it. I ended up finding a person that was local to do a diagnostic for free whereas if I had taken Roberts advice, it would've cost me over $300 just to have my car looked at, this man is a fraud. He's a liar, and he will cost people money. He should not be in this business. There are other people at the shop that are honest, and that are willing to help without lying or costing other people money. My main complaint was Robert is the fact that when he did something illegal, he took it out on me, and then proceeded to lie to me, and almost cost me a day of work plus $300. Resolution Sought My desired outcome is not money. My desired outcome is to get rid of this man and hire somebody honest in his place one day they're gonna have a lawsuit on their hands. If they keep this man employed, they should not have a man who illegally sells cars and lies to the customers. My next step is to contact NADA.
