I have had multiple different problems with this apartment complex ever since I moved in not only was I supposed to get a two bedroom but the two bedroom that they presented to me when I first moved in was absolutely horrible looking it was not move-in ready, They ended up giving me a one bedroom but never did a walk-through and never fixed anything throughout this entire time with me staying here I ended up having to call code enforcement just for them to get they're attention! I have been here for almost 3 months and I have still yet to receive a mailbox key I have no access to my mail. They are also trying to evict me for not paying rent because they're not fixing anything, but they have yet to properly give me an official warning… now we have new owners and I don't know how to go about doing this ! I'm really just trying to fight the eviction I'm willing to pay the money I just don't feel like being treated unfairly is proper! The landlord has also made various assumptions about me without even following up on them! Resolution Sought I would like to give them the opportunity to suggest my apartment so I can pay my rent so we both don't have to go through any of this …. I would like a proper chance to fix this as well as them!
