I was wrongfully suspended without cause. There basis for suspension was based on hear say and false accusations. Fisherman's retreat did not follow their own proper procedure when they suspended me. Fisherman's did not provide me with any proof for the reason of suspension. Without reason or without warning I was asked to leave immediately which I was unable to do because It was 8 pm in the evening , I'm disabled, had no where to go and would have had to leave my car there on the premises. The next morning at 8 am as i was getting up, Fisherman's security threatened to call police if I did not leave immediately. Now I am no longer allowed to go back as though they terminated my membership. I am a paid up member since 2004. I lost my home plus everything I owned to one of the California fires on Oct. 10, 2019. I've been living in my RV full time since then. I feel my rights have been violated and forced to live out on the streets when I have a lifetime membership. I have never done or broke any rules and I have never had one complaint on me. Resolution Sought Take off suspension, clear my file, and to let me live in peace there.
