VERY BAD Customer Service

Over the past couple days, my family and 2 other families discussed going fishing and camping at a new place. The 2 other families both own campers and have experienced many other places. They're always camping. Through Google I discovered Fishermans Retreat in Redlands. We were excited. I looked through the website and had questions, so yesterday, Friday 01/15/21 I called to get more info. I apologize for not having the girls name on hand. It's written down at my work. I can get her name Tuesday (Monday is a holiday). Anyway ... she sounded like someone in a hurry. When I asked her my question (about if one needed membership or can the public come and fish), she hurriedly told me pricing info. Honestly I barely understood her, she was talking so fast. After that I tried to ask about staying a couple days at the retreat. She interrupted me and said hold on. Then the phone hung up, so I called back. She answered. I said I was hung up on. She didn't apologize. She just said how can I help you with an attitude. I asked for someone else to help me. She responded that she was busy and had 10 people in line. I asked for the manager. She said she was the manager, so then I asked for her boss, to which she said she was gone and would be back in 10 mins. I asked for both their names (written down at work). I'm pretty sure the name for her boss started with a B. And anyway ... so now we won't be fishing at this location this weekend. My friends were even talking about getting a membership. We couldn't even get that far because of the horrible customer service. Is this what we can expect from this company? We were looking so forward to getting outdoors and relaxing for a few days. My family doesn't have a trailer (yet), but we were interested in renting (saw it on the website). I didn't call back for her boss. I was afraid she'd answer again, and wondered if this girl was a so called manager ... if her boss would have the same bad customer service. And to think she did this with a store full of customers. If she was busy ... she could have answered the phone politely and offered to call back when she had a minute.
