Purchased a vehicle with this company almost a year ago. A Vehicle Deterrent was placed on the contract without my authorization. Per the contract I am able to have this removed at anytime and get full reimbursement. I have tried on numerous times to contact Honda and have yet to be helped. I have contacted the company that the Deterrent is placed with and they have advised Honda never sent them the contract information. I have emails back and forth from those company advising that Honda was to send them the contract and never did. Spoke to someone at Honda last week and someone tried stating that the Deterrent can't be removed from contract however the documents I have state otherwise. Resolution Sought Remove the product that was placed on my Vehicle contract and reimburse my money.

I am the owner of 2005 Honda Accord. My car had an air bag recall service at Hamer Honda located at 7514 Reseda Blvd., Reseda, CA 91335. After the service, the air bag light comes on right after I left the dealer. I did not have the air bag light problem before the service. I went back to the dealer next ordering part day in order to correct the problem, but they could not fix. They said that the driver seat belt buckle is problem and they replaced buckle about a week later. But they did not install it correct way. The new buckle attached on the body and the electric line was installed out side and visible. And the airbag light was still on. They did not install properly and made car looks bad. I went back again, they said the tensioner was wrong, and they could not fixed. When I went to dealer next time, they said that airbag was deployed which I could not believe.If so, I supposed to have airbag light beginning with. I did not had airbag light problem, before the recall service. After this service, another problem was created. The "passenger airbag off" window light flickering. Next time when I took the car for that light problem, they said the "computer" was problem, and had to be replaced. It cost for me about $750. Seems to me, they don't know what to do. The car has been getting worse and worse. I talk to manager this matter about a week ago, he said he will call me, but no phone call yet. *This is unfair that they create the airbag light. Resolution Sought The following problems they created, have to be corrected. *Airbag light has to be fixed. *The seatbelt buckle has to be installed properly. *The "passenger airbag off" window flickering light has to be fixed. All of above 3 problems came from after the recall service. Please solve these problems.

Company states: Customer came in for SRS light on 3/26/2021. Vehicle had multiple codes. Notified customer has multiple codes, but would replace components covered by warranty to see if fixes. Replaced seat belt buckle on 3/22/21. SRS came back on , on 6/22/21. Replaced buckle again under warranty and advised customer has numerous codes, might need additional repairs not covered by warranty. Need to diagnose, might need SRS control unit, due to code showing deployment codes. Customer did not want to pay. We have not charged customer anything at this time for diagnosis or repairs related to this
