I purchased a Hand Mixer 10-14-22, it stopped working months after I purchased it. I've called them several times and all I get is a recording telling to send an email. I've sent them 3 emails so far, with no response. Not sure what to do next. I would like another mixer or a refund. Resolution Sought I would like another mixer or a refund.

Company states: Please note that Hamilton Beach has been in communication with Ms. Warren. During our last communication, we asked that she choose a replacement item of equal or lesser value. Hamilton Beach would like to provide a replacement, but we have not received a response from Ms. Warren.

I purchased a microwave from Walmart less than a year ago, I also purchased a 2 year advanced warranty when I bought the microwave in Russellville Alabama Walmart. I still have the receipt, the microwave is shooting fire sparks and seems to attempting to explode when you try to use it and I only had ii about 9 months at the most. It's manufactured by Hamilton beach, a Walmart product and they keep giving me the run around on a refund or a replacement. What can I do to solve this problem. Resolution Sought Replace the item or refund me my money back.
