Every time I come in the store they change the prices on me

Every time I come in the store they change the prices on me now I know the prices come from the retailer but when I told the guy I had an EBT card he raised the price up from 79 cents to 99 cents for the two items I was getting when I buy them in there everyday now if I had to pay with cash it would have been different. I need someone to check into this business because all I've been doing is the same thing to a lot of people ever since I didn't have a car while back but now that I have a vehicle and everything's fixed like that I go to other stores the outcome I like to be somebody checked into the guy's business and see if he's price gouging on people with EBT and also we overcharges every time I go in there for cigarettes talking about State minimum but charges a dollar.11 on every pack when I go anywhere else for
