Before Christmas, I ordered a gift for a family member from this company. After Christmas, I decided to return the item which I was able to do with a bit of difficulty. The real problem began after that. I have had two charges to my credit card for 16.95 which they call a Hamacher and Schlemmer rewards Charge. I reported the first one right away and I have just received a second one today. The second charge is pending currently. THIS IS WRONG!! Resolution Sought Refund me my money!!
