Terrible company, RUN!

Using this appraisal company was the worst experience that can befall a person. The appraiser drastically undervalued our home (by $450K), and, as a result, jeopardized our chances of getting a financing on a home that we have lived in for 14 years. Our repeated requests to have him consider other comps or make corrections to material errors in his report, were met with inflexibility, unyielding stubbornness and reckless disregard for the fact that his negligence was going to cause a family lose their home. Do not use this company under any circumstance, as it will cost you your home...If they are referred to you by your bank, RUN.
