I am not happy with their customer service. They finally resolved the matter after a year of phone calls.

I am sorry it took a call to Consumer Alliance after a year of phone calls for them to respond. Just happy they fixed the problem right away. I hope they learn to respond to their customer complaints in a Timely matter and better phone manners.
