Hampton Inn complaints

I rented a room December 9th at the Hampton Inn hotel the room was supposed too be 145 … but they charged my bank card 540 .00. I spoke with this white male manager about the out range charges that made it didn't work last year on my card . He was very rude nasty and told me that he changed my card the 540.00 because he claimed that he had a snap shot of some ashes on his phone that was in the room that I rented for one night and I explained to him that the one reason I came too that hotel because it was smoke free and that I have serious allergies that I can't be around any type of smoke plus I suffer with asthma so I know for a fact that no smoking was in my room . They lied about it I personally think he actually tried to set it up too steal because I know for a fact that there was no smoking in my room so that phone Ashe snap shot could've came from aroom it was a setup too steal funds I am 60 years old and I have health issues I was so stressed when I seen the chargers that he charged I came back too the hotel after seeing those ridiculous charges made I wanted a printout of all the outrageous charges made and he called police on me because I asked him for the receipt so I could give it too my bank so they could try make sense of all of the outrageous charges made on my account . I explained too him that couldn't have possibly been my room were the Ashes were because when I left that room it wasn't any ashes there because I don't smoke I am allergic it Resolution Sought I would like an apology and I would like for all of my money to be refunded because they lied accusing me of something that I didn't do and I would like for the Eldorado Hampton inn to be investigated for theft I'm quite sure I'm not the only one that they have targeted too steal I want both managers fired because that was mishandled properly . They did admit of stealing 124. 00 and refunded that but they stole 450.00 accusing me of smoking I want them listed and investigated worst ex
