All they did was waste my time!
I made a reservation with Hampton inn and when I realized that I would need a extra bed I called to get a cot and the said they did not have one but to change my reservation. I would have to call booking so I called after receiving the runaround from them for about 30min. They told me to call the hotel directly so again I called and after putting me on hold I was told they no longer had another room. All they did was waste my time this is the craziest Hampton Inn I have ever been to and will not be back! They need to educate their employees about service.
