I went to MD for a family function in March.Made reservations at the Hampton Hilton located at 7900 Bay Green Rd. In Laurel MD Upon arrival the elevator was not working & they were painting. I explained to the manager why was I not notified that work was being done. He said that I could cancel my reservations & I would not be charged a cancelation fee. Well I was charged. I reached out to Guest Assistant. I have sent several emails. Ì send in all information & they stated that they needed a pdf file of my bank statement. I expressed to them that it has personal information & I can not black out. I send them a copy of my bank statement 70with the information. Not good for them. My complaint #162642570 Can you please help me retrieve my money Resolution Sought Help me get my money
