I canceled my membership and confirmed my last membership fee would draft in April. They drafted my account in May, June and July. After contacting them in July they refunded July and June but said a manager would have to refund May. I've followed up numerous times since and have had no further communication and no refund has been issued. Resolution Sought Refund the May charge.
