We called H & M Plumbing regarding a leaking P trap. Technician came & tightened the sink stopper. It was still leaking. The second trip 2 days later, he cleaned the joint where pipe enters the sewer it was still leaking. Two days later, another Tech cames & said it would cost $250 to repair it, in addition to the $80 we already paid. We knew this was exorbitant for a simple P trap & said no thank you. We asked for our $80 back since they didn't fix anything. Also they had refused to give us the senior discount as advertised in their website. It was a frustrating experience & a wasted week & $80. Resolution Sought Refund $80.00
