Contracted with H&M Pools and Spas, who started the project (in-ground pool) and took payment of 47,000 Dollars and left without notice. We went to their office and there was a sign on the door closed. The owners of the company just put their house for sale and left town. We are left with a partially completed pool and are out the money. There are about 40 other pools that they have left. Resolution Sought Pool completed or money refunded so that we can have a reliable pool company to finish the pool.
