I got an unauthorized charge from this company that I've never even heard of, after googling to figure out what the company was so I could check their customer service, I found out this company has almost all reviews outing this business as a scam. Even scammier that I never signed up for it and I don't know how they got my card information. I tried calling customer service and they put you on a forever hold without ever talking to a human. Resolution Sought I mean this is illegal. I'd like my money back but why is this business allowed to operate.

I ordered some cabinet through Wayfare and selected to have the cabinet handles installed through their contracting company Handy. The contractor who installed my cabinet handles damaged my cabinets and did not install them correctly.. I contacted Handy the company and they promise to refund my money in pay for the damages which totaled about $727. I have repeatedly tried emailing and contacting Handy by phone and they keep giving me the runaround. I was originally told that they had two sets of checks to send out to me which would take 4 to 5 weeks. I've tried contacting Handy and they basically give me the runaround. They have asked me to resubmit all the information and once I've done that they just continue to give me the runaround. It has now been nearly 3 months and still I have not been refunded. I just continue to get the runaround. Resolution Sought I would like the damages paid for which add up to $727.60. As well as the fee that I paid to have them installed, which was also promised to me, but never refund it. More than anything I would like other consumers to be aware of this company Handy.

Per consumer: complaint with Handy was resolved. Unfortunately, it took reporting them to consumer bureaus like you and the better business bureau in there in order to get them to pay for the damages.. it took months. I received the payment for the damages today.
