Do not hire this company

I had my deck expanded by 6ft. I read all reviews before hiring this guy. He totally ripped me off by purchasing pine wood, which I asked him not to. Plus some of it has oozing pitch and knots. He didn't gap the boards, but came back to fix it and gapped the boards about an inch wide! There also wasn't a stringer to support the middle of the 4ft wide stairs, and multiple screws were broken off throughout this project. Boards are now splitting and I'll eventually have to replace the 20ft boards. The gates he made are completely the wrong size and the ends of the wood is frayed. There's so many things he did that it's difficult to mention everything. His demeanor is arrogant and he's yelled at me as well. Stephen Warren completely took advantage of me and 5k is a lot of money! I'm very disappointed! His license should be revoked for sure, and I bet I'm not the only unsatisfied customer!
