I had this man do work at my rental property. Plumbing,Electric,Drywall. We had a contract for $8000 and I had paid him 2,000$ for some of the work that he did. He called me and told me he was in a car accident and would be off work. So I told him I would not pay him for the week that he missed. so he walked away from the job and never finished or contacted me to work something out. I paid electricians and plumbers to come in and finish the work, and they had to redo his electric and plumbing work because it was all wrong. I tried to reach out to him several times through phone calls and text, but he never would return my call. Resolution Sought Reimburse me the money that I had to pay to cover his mistakes.
