I had leak in my roof I called around for quotes and different companies was contacting me, the company reached out to me came out did an estimate and later started the job they were paid 1800 dollars in full which came with a 5 year warranty on completion with no receipt giving, until I called multiple times I received a receipt that didn't quite make since. It rain again and it started leaking in the same spot I reached out again the company told me they would get some one out the next day it's been a month as of today no call and the company not returning my calls or sent anyone back out to my home. The invoice don't match the work that was done. I got a second opinion they notice where the leaked was coming from the worked was not done what was stated on the invoice…. I feel like this company ripped me off. Resolution Sought Fix what they where paid to do, not only did I pay 1800 dollars the company gave me 5 year warranty, communication how you not respond or contact a job you all did and didn't complete.
